Start with a brief account
Write down what happened and the question you want to discuss. Identify the people or institutions involved. You do not need a lengthy written statement — a few organised points make it easier to start.
Collect the documents you have
Prepare documents, contracts, judgments and correspondence related to the meeting’s subject. Put them in date order. If you are unsure whether a document matters, mark it for discussion.
Note dates and deadlines
Note when correspondence was received. If a document gives a deadline for a response, hearing or other procedural step, mention it when booking.
Prepare a list of questions
Write down what you want explained: possible next steps, documents needed, the scope of assistance and fees. Mark the questions most important to you.
Confirm meeting arrangements
Agree the location, time and consultation fee. Arrange document delivery with the practice. Meetings in Kraków, Proszowice and Mszana Dolna are by prior appointment.
This practical guide helps you prepare for a consultation. It does not replace an assessment of your individual case.
