I run a law practice providing legal assistance to individuals and businesses in Kraków, Proszowice and Mszana Dolna.
Family law has a particular place in my practice. I handle divorce, maintenance, contact with children, parental authority and division of matrimonial property.

I also assist in civil, criminal, business, employment and administrative matters. I represent clients from the first consultation and negotiations through to court proceedings.
Every case requires a careful understanding of the client’s situation and an appropriate course of action. Assistance may include legal analysis, drafting documents, negotiations and representation before courts and administrative authorities.
Cooperation in criminal, road-traffic and insurance matters
I work with lawyer Jerzy Mazur, who has 40 years of professional experience. Our cooperation covers criminal matters and selected cases involving road-traffic damage, accidents and collisions, and claims against insurers.
